Is there any mileage available in the other 48 states?
I do not get extras (no judgment against those who do...) but I figure if they are offered to a guy who isn't looking they must be fairly available. I have had offers in San Francisco, Baltimore, Niagara Falls (Canada side), Toronto, San Diego, and a couple of places in Ohio. Interestingly, I just returned from Detroit and had no offers there but only spent a total of a few hours clubbing.

Baltimore Area clubs....To Block or not to Block?
I was in Baltimore Nov of 2008 and had plans to go to the block. I decided to try the Ritz Cabaret the first night (not on the block) because it was closer and had such a good time that I did not ever get to the block. Mandi (little blond spinner) is highly recommended. Don't read this wrong, I was offered no extras and was not looking for any (not my thing). Just very high contact dances with girls that are 7's or 8's (at least in '08).

What makes some dancers go after certain guys while other guys get ignored?
I can't believe you don't like Grey Goose! Just kidding. I'm not really a vodka man actually, I drink Grey Goose at one particular club because they have no decent scotch and it goes down relatively painlessly without mixing it with a lot of sugar (one vice at a time please). I do recall it being at least rated highly but I don't recall for sure and don't care enough to look it up. The point is to emanate an aura that says to a dancer, "I'm not wasting your time." I don't get the grey goose for that reason as the dancer has to ask before she would ever know what it was but it is surprising the reactions I have gotten when I tell them - you would think they believe only Trump drinks the stuff. I generally have more interest in deflecting the dancers rather than attracting them (don't get me wrong - I'm there for the dancers not the ambiance but sometimes the hustle gets a little overwhelming). I do agree with your take on Scotch though I don't think I've ever had one at a SC. Mostly because I'd rather drink bad vodka than bad scotch. Also, since many people think they water down the booze I don't trust them to not switch the booze either (pour a little J&B into the Glenfiddich bottle). BTW, I think its Crown that comes in the purple bag - not Chivas :-). So, basically, I agree with you but the question was related to why dancers approach some and not others. If I were asked how to impress the snobbish at the CC my answer would be different than when asked how to impress the dancer at the SC.

What makes some dancers go after certain guys while other guys get ignored?
I am just guessing but if it is a rationale decision it is likely based on past experience on what 'look' is likely to provide them the most $ for the least aggravation. I have read reviews that suggest a club's dancers do not approach customers often but I go and am almost always swarmed with dancers. I have never been to a club that I was not approached within 15 minutes or so. No, I am not a Brad Pitt double but when I go I am 1. clean and well groomed, 2. not obviously intoxicated, 3. not loud or aggressive with my interactions with anybody (a good idea anywhere that employs multiple bouncers). Basically, if you appear to be a nice guy who has some money to spend (and is willing to) you will likely see some action. Oh, another tip is to drink mixed drinks or import beers if the budget allows - adds to the impression of $s more than that Bud or High Life does. Seems that dancers are always asking what I am drinking, when I tell them Grey Goose on the rocks their eyes light up a bit. Now I'm off to SW to see if I'm right... Thanks for the link lopaw.

off topic what on my pc might identify where I used to live several years ago to
There is really only two places that a website can get this information. As founder noted, the most common is resolving the IP address to a ISP and the region it serves. Depending on the ISP the region can be quite broad. Since you are resolving to somewhere within a couple hundred miles (guessing) this is probably the best bet. BTW for those that do not know - IP is Internet Protocol, the IP address is what uniquely identifies every computer on the Internet. You can not avoid sending out your IP because this is the way the web server knows how to send information back to you (you can get a proxy service that 'hides' your IP by acting as an intermediary - some protection privacy wise but little protection legally in general). The second way is to use 'cookies' that can store information that can be used to customize your content. I think this is unlikely in this case but you should clear your cookies periodically anyway.

What's the most money you ever spent on a single lap dance?
$60 for one dance in San Francisco (forgot the club name - it was nice and all nude - very hot dancers). That's the MOST I've every paid for a single (it was good but not THAT good). Most common price I've paid is $20 per. A local nude juice bar gives 3 for $40 (full nude, 2 way contact). The biggest ripoff I every had wasn't expensive (2 for $20). It was a rip off because it was all air (only air dance I've ever had actually). I could see paying $100 or more for a single dance with the right feature dancer. Would need to be pretty famous for me to pay that for the experience though.

bathroom attendents
I understand them in 5 star restaurants but not in a 2 star strip joint. Like others, I think they are there mostly to keep 'things' from happening in there. If you've every seen what goes on in the bathrooms of some regular bars can you imagine what might go on in a strip club bathroom? I'd rather not for the most part. Also, I believe it is illegal to put cameras in bathrooms. BTW, in Paris and some other European cities they sometimes have attendants in the men's room but they are always (as far as I have seen) female. Older and matronly so don't get too excited. They mostly look like the woman that served you mystery meat back in the school cafeteria (they all look the same right?). It was a bit unsettling the first time I was standing at a urinal in Paris, heard someone sweeping the floor behind me and turned around to find a 60ish year old woman pushing that broom.

Customers with rules.
Some customers are "attached" in one way or another. They may be ok with grindage being not cheating but draw the line at more than that. My rule is my pants stay on - no hj, bj, fs, etc. I still have fun, feed my natural urges for a variety of women - without actually cheating.

Research: Men see bikini-clad women as objects, psychologists say
Lopaw I stand duly chastised. I should have said "manhater" which was what I really meant - you are correct, they are more likely to be straight.

Research: Men see bikini-clad women as objects, psychologists say
"They're reacting to these women as if they're not fully human," Fiske said. This kind of crap really burns me... Why is it that a human male looking at a human female and wanting to do human things to her that are ingrained in our collective evolution is considered de-humanizing??? Just because most men do not NEED to be emotionally tied to a person to have or want sex with them (can you say lapdance) does not mean we do not consider them human. What the researchers really want to say is that men do not act like women, and that simple fact is enough to be "bad" in their eyes. We should all take a massive dose of estrogen and go shopping I guess - then these dykes might be happy.
