From a strip club perspective, you'll be driving through the desert. Denver so-so, Salt Lake and Boise grim, Bend even worse. Maybe consider south to Dallas, El Paso (if you like it really dirty), then Tucson, Phoenix, City of Industry; possible detour to Tijuana; then not much worthwhile until Springfield, OR. But maybe some gems I don't know about?

I was going to write that the cabbie's suggestion was simply to get a better kickback from the club. But seeing you spent 5K, you're not worrying about having to pay a higher entrance fee to cover the taxi payout.

Clack, thanks for the review. I've sat at a table just outside of the booths near the DJ. I have not been able to see anything inside the booths. From the inside, you can see out, because of the lighting difference. But I think you could go buck ass naked and f#$%^! the dancer and nobody would see. But the noise does carry.

Seattle generally has had great mileage in the right clubs, (even sometimes in the Deja Vu clubs, though not reliably). Portland has good beer and liquor in its clubs. Great mileage on rare occasions, OK mileage mostly. So if you can get off while sober, Seattle has been the better choice. If you like to drink with blue balls, Portland's for you. One of the Deja Vu clubs serving alcohol won't change that.

your experience was unusual with respect to the rules of the private dances. Generally much better. My usual strategy here is to see how much contact she gives you at the rack. If she doesn't spend some time throwing her boobs against the side of your face, skip her.

My criterion is whether there is useful information. I can tolerate short if the info is valuable. I would approve the following. "Went in at 3pm. One ugly girl on her phone. Another ugly girl on the stage ignoring the customers. That's all the girls there were. I left."
