Icey claims he can subpoena the site just via spending a few bucks, and that once he does that, he can legally gain the IP addresses of all posters on the site, and then he can contact the internet service providers for all those ip addresses and then gain the real legal names of all posters on the website.

I dont know if all of that is true and if it really just involves spending a few bucks or if evidence needs to be provided for a subpoena. But if that is the case he should perhaps be banned from the site. If he is banned, then he has no grounds to claim anybody harassed him. He keeps claiming he is being harassed and cyber bullied, but he refuses to ask anybody to stop contacting him and refuses to stop initiating contact with any of the people he regularly trolls.

If that is true, it would only be applicable if the mentioning was done publicly and in a way he could genuinely happen to just come across it without seeking it out. If hes not allowed to be on the site in the first place, there is no case for that.
