I may or may have not written something like this similar back in the day but this is a new era where inflation is gone through the roof and administration has made everything topsy turvy. I was thinking about bringing $5,000. Because back when I first started going to these clubs after $100 enough if you have answers was good enough for me. Then I wanted more and I want to spending $200 because of drinks included. Then I one day got a VIP section for 500 bucks and boy was that an interesting experience. Got to include tips of course but it was a certain thrill about it even if I didn't completely finished it experience because I had to go. So I'm thinking to myself with Uber, drinks, lap dances, stage tips and VIPs it's going to cost a bit of change. I probably would not spend $5,000 on one night but what are you guys think is an ideal amount of money for a great experience? I'll probably be doing this again every so often

$1000 minimum for a few hours is nonsense @icey. You dont have to get nonstop dances for that time And im not sure what $3000 would even be for. Blowing on stage tips? There is no VIP room/session worth that much

Play tour cards right and $800 max. Go in with inside information and finish off for no more than $200-300. If you want a room with a couple girls, certainly less than $1500, unless you're at one of the upscale clubs.
I’m a simple man and it takes very little for me to enjoy my time at the club. Want nothing need nothing is my philosophy. When I club it’s during the day, 3-4 dances and under $100 in less than an hour Sonia can get home on time to take care of the household needs. I have no need to make it any bigger than that.
$5.26 max should get you a great time in any club.

there isnt a correlation with cheap hookers being ugly… another factor to consider is american vs non american.
Hence the numerous number of latinas asian etc who may be “cheap” but also hot.
You dont need to stage tip unless youre sitting stage side.
If they want to just stare at dancers thats their right. They paid the entrance fee or paid for drinks or whatever the club requires to be there
AA and hood clubs have VERY different price structures than ritzy NYC, Vegas, Miami, etc clubs
Wow. I think it's about how you want to spend your time as well as your money. I don't go to clubs to have a great conversation. I have smart, educated friends for that. I usually go for some sexual stimulation, not a prostitution experience (usually). And I don't get drunk. So $300 would be a very big spend for me. (And I could afford 5000 if that's what I wanted to do.)

I will usually buy a couple of lap dances from a girl and sometimes a couple more from another girl so I will never spend more than 100 to 200 dollars. I do not consider myself cheap because I see a lot of guys in strip clubs who just sit there and drink and other guys who just do a bit of stage tipping.
I have a personal rule not to do anything illegal so that counts out paying for a private room hoping to get sex. Even if that were legal I have already had plenty of sex in my life and do not want to pay a lot for more. I also do not want to pay to keep a stripper sitting at my table for long periods. I do not only go to a strip club. I will usually combine a strip club trip with something else like eating dinner in a restaurant or walking in a park before my strip club visit. That is enough for me.
Sadly with the current state of strip clubs and a lack of attractive dancers, I’m spending a lot less these days. I’ll typically show up with between $500 and $1,000 hoping to spend it all, but too many times, I spend less than $100 which equates to a few drinks and one or two lackluster lap dances. I just won’t spend money on unattractive dancers, and on those nights I guess I’m one of those old guys who just sits around and doesn’t spend money in the club. Except if I don’t see anyone I’m interested in, I don’t stick around. I’ll head home and try again another day.
Better price equaling better quality is only true to an extent. At a certain point you may just be paying for exclusivity or status, name brand, etc instead of any actual quality or materials improvement
For instance pornstars the famous ones or even not so famous ones may charge $1000 an hour. But theres many girls who offer a similar experience for far less. Only $200 or $300. So your paying for the fame and exclusivity.
Even if you take sushi as an example… whole foods sushi is easily on par with many restaurants.

This is a discussion on its own, but the short answer is that strip clubs have been on a steady decline since their heydays of the 80s and 90s. Most are barely hanging on as a business model, and those that remain are operating with 2nd and 3rd tier (mostly immigrant) talent.
This decline began with the proliferation of the internet and on-line porn, although there was a brief period in the 90s and early 00’s when the internet created porn star celebrities who would make the rounds as featured dancers at strip clubs. But since then, with self-published, low budget porn, onlyfans, web cams, etc. strip clubs are no longer the only place where a monger can interact with strippers. I also believe that younger guys prefer consuming porn online instead of going out to a strip club.
Strip clubs will likely continue to exist as long as there are customers willing to spend money in them, but eventually will go the way of the porno theaters, peep shows, and porn shops.
I think gentrification of inner cities also has something to do with this as real estate becomes more valuable and strip clubs are no longer the best use of the property.
@iknowbetter there is also the rise of online escorts, pornstar escorts, sugar daddy culture etc. who is going to spend $500 or $1000 at a strip club when you can get a lot more for that outside the club
