This is actually a pretty common occurence at OZ. The bait and switch ROB part, not the call 911 and get your immigrant ass arrested part.

The cop was trying so hard to help the guy out. Even when he did take the guy in after he wouldn’t take an uber to his hotel he was charged with improper use of 911 not solicitation or alcohol related stuff.

Hmm, IDK. If she says $300 for "everything", you pay, and then you say you want sex, that's not a straightforward contract for sex. Escorting is legally not prostitution. You pay for her time. She's not contractually obligated to have sex with you, but she knows if she doesn't that (aside from the risk of getting beat up) she won't get repeat business, and she'll get bad instead of good word-of-mouth. The misuse of 911 might not stick, because there has to be criminal intent for it to be crime. There's reasonable doubt that a foreigner would understand the distinctions in the US between civil and criminal fraud. I don't know if the cop can order him into an Uber unless the club also called the cops about him loitering outside. Maybe skibum will have an un-Fredo-y moment and clear all this up for us (assuming he's really a lawyer).

Like the hodge twins and commenters on youtube said about this.. the manager was playing dumb but obviously knew what went on. And clearly the girl scammed him. The cop was clearly nice as well. Cop should have talked to the dancer as well and potentially charged her with solicitation.

Is no one going to comment that if the Saudi was drunk and trying to proposition women in Saudi Arabia, he would be in a lot more trouble than improper use of 911……
