Its all part of instagrams share feature. When you click share and copy a link on instagram, people who click onto that link will have your profile suggested to them. There is a way to disable that, you have to fiddle around within instagrams privacy settings. TikTok does the same thing, and thats how some people revealed their TikTok previously. You posted instagram links without checking into your privacy settings
