I've been on TUSCL for a decade and this has NEVER come up for me. The closest I've gotten is someone mentioning that a dancer I'd seen was in the lineup.
If extras are involved, I NEVER use a dancers real name or identifying features (like tattoos). A lot of other PLs here follow the same guideline. So this scenario seems wholly unlikely to me.
