tuscl

How do we get the rest of the rest of the world more involved in TUSCL?

Especially Europe.

North America, this site is awesome. There is nothing like this anywhere else. But elsewhere I mean it's just your lucky if you even got 1 or 2 reviews from some random guy a decade ago at some of these european, south american strip joints. That's what your going off of. Outside of a few German FKK's it ain't much. But many listed, have none. I mean I get it strip clubs are pretty awful elsewhere, IDK if brothels are listed but I'm guessing there's a lot of brothels out there not listed.

Do we need to all go over there and do it ourselves holy shit.

@ Muddy, I think it's a regional problem. Most of the mongers on here probably live or spend the majority of their life in the US. I know some guys travel, but depending on the context of their visit, it may not be strip club related. Family trips come to mind.

Then there's the other barrier, costs. I would love to visit all of the best domestic strip clubs. But flights are EXPENSIVE. Unless you live near a large city with access to cheap airlines, you are looking at 500+ per roundtrip flight.

I honestly think that most European adult clubs and other international clubs have their own dedicated corners of the internet. Brothels definitely have their websites as do AMP.

I'll volunteer to write some reviews of Rio, Bangkok and Pattaya. It's a hard job but I'm willing to make the sacrifices.

In many countries, strip clubs aren't a common thing. That's particularly the case in countries with legalized prostitution. And, in countries that DO have strip joints, particularly in Europe, they are largely clip joints.

Agree with @fun that "strip clubs" are mostly an American phenomenon. Otherwise, dust off your passports.

Which audience would you have international reviews play to? What language and currency would you have them use?

Do you think mongers in Germany or Thailand give a shit about reviews of U.S.A. clubs?

You need to go to Europe and start this. Instead of sleeping in your car in a Walmart parking lot you can take trains and sleep in hostels. Win win for everyone!!!!

I move that we create the TUSCL international exchange program. We can form a foundation to trade PLs and dancers between sister cities to foster growth and understanding. All the coeds stripping their way through college can now claim being part of a student exchange program.

As far as I'm concerned the Pls can fend for themselves but I'm all for any exchange program that improves the dancer quality of NE Ohio.

As funontheaside mentions, prostitution is legal in many other countries so there’s no need for the kind of sc’s we go to here. Countries also have their own localized resources, for example punternet was the main resource when I was living in the uk. I remember working in chile, they didn’t have many (any?) strip clubs like we do, rather they have “cafe con piernas” (coffee with legs) which are like coffee shops with the shades drawn and the lights turned down low. Girls wearing lingerie will walk up and give you hand jobs while you stand at a tall table with your coffee. Weird as fuck, but not really a strip club.

^ LOL. I love coffee and a good hand job but I'm not sure they mix.

Sex work and the places where it happens varies wildly by country, and TUSCL is arguably not set up to accommodate that and the user base definitely is not.

Per founder, it's okay to review massage parlors and adult stores/peepshows here. But if anyone tries to it's voted down with a bunch of "This isn't a strip club." comments. Those are American things that are a struggle to get posted here. I can't imagine review adjudicators here trying to parse the crazy shit that's available in Tokyo.

It's also true that the discussion boards feature a kind of hyper-Americanism (regardless of the partisan viewpoint) that wouldn't be a selling point to a more international crowd.

Well, that plus the inside jokes that have a 10 to 20 year backstory.

I agree with above posters that the toxic politics on this site are off putting, and probably even more so for posters that aren't USA based.

It is also a matter of momentum, if TUSCL were a good resource for European clubs, more people would use it and provide their own reviews.

I do wonder why we don't have better coverage of Canada and Mexico outside of TJ.

Looking at the bigger picture do you think sites like this aren’t even needed in other countries? For example if you’re going to any club/FKK in Germany or Mexico or Bangkok you’re going to get laid, end of storg, so there’s much less of a need for intel where in the USA club A and B and on the same street but the experience at both can vary greatly.

    possible reasons:
-tuscl is a niche site. mongers from other countries will more likely use usasexguide or another one just like that one for information.
-maybe the strip club scene from their parts of the world is not worthy of being reviewed to begin with, as already mentioned the majority of them act as shitty clip joints.
-if the clubs are good the native mongers won't review it due to the remote possibility that it could blow up and be a possible tourist destination for foreign pervs. as a result, prices goes up, angering the regulars. the shitloads of youtube vids of passport bros infiltrating other countries is somewhat an example.

@drewcareypnw -- yes. Quebec at least.

@shailynn -- I think you are discounting the other uses in reviews. I realize that a lot of users of this site are only interested in info on extras, but not all of us. When I am researching clubs, the two things I'm looking for are does this club have girls that fit my taste, and how much are lap dances, vip, and cover?

I'm also looking at info on ID scans, what languages the dancers speak, club culture, etc.

Prostitution impacts strip clubs and could drive prices down but not get rid of them entirely. Even in the US, you can get a lapdance for $20-$40, where you can grab some T & A, and no escort is really going to charge that low of a price. Plus there may always be professional events where a strip club is acceptable but an escort or prostitute or brothel setting wouldn’t be.

@drewcarey - Quebec clubs sucked except for one, girls were hot though, but grind was one way and fairly standard to mediocre (but I did get digits). Toronto was way, way better. I've only been to Montreal and Toronto, way better than Chicago.

I've only tried clubbing in London outside of North America. London was terrible, like Chicago terrible. Guys at work said, like others on this thread, it's because prostitution is legal. Guys at work also say that Americans are more uptight about prostitution.

And don't forget language issues. How many languages should the site be in? How about approving non English language reviews?

There is conflict on here regarding urban clubs or ways people enjoy strip clubs other than as brothels. And the alt right politics... Also the pricing. Vip costs are prohibitive to people earning a lot less. The site would really have to change.

@chiefw: london clubs were beyond awful. No contact, and a dancer walking through the room with a bucket demanding tips. Then again, with brothels ("saunas") in every neighborhood, if you go to a london sc, it's because you DON'T want extras. Not to mention all the lovely slutty drunken english girls who enjoy sport fucking. Sigh

Made business trips to London and Paris nearly 20 years ago. No research before hitting London, so I asked the driver of my Black Cab to take me to a strip club, he escorted me to the door of some place (where he preset a kickback) and the host put me in a booth where some sullen Eastern European woman was assigned to sit with me. No stage in sight. I GTFO, and spent the rest of my London evenings getting drunk on my ass in regular pubs where the locals wanted to talk about the NFL (they knew more about it than I did)
Before hitting Paris, I actually did some research and learned about an American-style club called Stringfellows. Turned out there was one in London too. Not a clip joint (cover, drinks and dance costs comparable to USA), but no indication extras were on the horizon, although that wasn’t on my radar at that time. There were a couple other similar clubs in central Paris, all within walking distance. There were touts lurking outside each one urging you not to go in but instead get in a car with them where they’d take me to a place where I could spend the night with a beautiful mademoiselle for what it would cost to spend a half hour in the SC. “Taken” hadn’t come out by then, but I had a sense that they might sell me into sex slavery, so I declined in favor of touching some scantily clad T & A
