The "mileage" terms are all pretty useless. Generally "low mileage" is (or was) not much touching and "high mileage" is a lot of touching. But there are users here who describe fondling a dancer all over and getting rubbed back through their pants as "not much mileage". So for some "mileage" is just sex or at least direct skin-to-skin genital contact.
In reviews, topless vs nude is helpful and touching specifics (none, only legs, ass, breasts, etc) are descriptive. But calling a dance or club "VHM" means almost nothing. (Queue grumpy-old-man theme.)
OK I got it. This was in the wilds of the Dakotas, doing VIP with nicespice and her pet moose. NMT is No Moose Touching. VHM is Vicarious Handling of Moose (you only get to watch nicespice touching the moose). UHM is Unlimited Handling of Moose (total 3-way).

last commentVHM = very high mileage
UHM = ultra high mileage
NMT = not my type
Then again, in slang settings it could be other things. Hard to tell.

maybe NMT is No Mileage Topless in that case.

There probably isn't any except perhaps in the mind of the person using it ... because slang.
I've seen guys here use NMT in reviews, as in "Bambi tried to sell me on VIP, but she's NMT. I didn't go for it."

All three were used in the same sentence.
She offered NMT and I was like no way! So after some haggling she offered VHM for $$ and UHM for $$$. So I settled for VHM

In this context I'd assume UHM = Ultra High Mileage = Full Service and VHM = Very High Mileage = Blowjob.

I mean woah there, does nicespice ride a moose while journeying through the Dakotas?

nicespice and the moose argue over who gets to sleep on the passenger side of her car.

Makes sense, blah should have a pet with big stabby things attached to its head.

In the old days, VHM was TV channels 2-13 and UHM was channels 14-83. TV's were not real big so you had to sit NMT or Near My Television.

NMT is “no mandatory tip.” Trust a bottom feeding USASG reader LOL.

@goldmonger it was VHF (very high frequency) and UHF (ultra high frequency). I think you got it confused with AM and FM.
