What would you do?

I went to a club in Vegas that posts it's hours as 11am-6am. I got to the club on a Wednesday at 9pm. There was no one at the door to charge me cover, so I just walked in. There was the typical music playing, lights flashing, but not one person visible. I then did a half lap around the place and saw no one. I walked over to the VIP room guy and asked how creepy this was. He said there were 9 dancers and obviously I was the first customer there. I went to the bathroom quickly and when I came out there were 2 gorgeous women waiting for me
I was told to pay the cover at the bar. But then the bar tender told me to go to the front to pay. I looked around again, still only saw those 2 women.
I went to the guy I should have paid cover to and then decided to leave.
I think I would have felt safer and more comfortable with other customers around.
Am I crazy?
Should I not have left?
What would everyone else do?

I've had a lot of fun when I've been the only customer in a club with a few dancers. The girls are extremely motivated to make sure you spend your money on them instead of one of the other dancers since you are the only wallet, I mean customer, in the place.

Unless you were in an outlandish area and place that had a cardboard business sign up, it seems incredibly unlikely your physical safety was in jeopardy. Sure, maybe a tad bit of financial jeopardy but that kinda comes with the territory doesn’t it?
Imho if that happens again, stay. You’re in a SC, what may happen has a notably wide variety of unknown. Grab those moments of ‘’’you don’t know who you’ll meet and what may transpire’’’. They are few and far between but have higher chances of being a memory that sticks out in your mind 20 years later.

I had something similar happen. The dancer decided she would leave the comfort of the dressing room only if I was willing to pay her generously. I said no.

I would have stayed for a beer or two to see how things progressed. I wouldn't have been chasing someone down to pay the cover charge. I would have gone with the don't ask don't tell method on the cover charge.

I would have sat down and admired the 2 gorgeous women. When 1 came by, I'd admire her more closely. Arrange a dance and feel her all over. Repeat with the other if I wished.

Ask them how much dancers were. If it seemed worth it (Vegas, so probably not), go pay the cover.

Biggest/only danger is overspending if you lack self-control, as you will be getting more attention than usual.

I don't believe there would be risk of violence/robbery against you, unless as another poster commented, it's an otherwise dangerous place any other time.

i was the first and only customer at a spot where the dancers haven't even shown up yet. also the air conditioner wasn't working. just hung out with one of the bouncers and the bartender. bartender was a milf-the type that looks real good in her 30's, has a kid that is about 12-13 years old, and still would be considered the hottest girl in the room.
