I believe he can't be charged because of statues of limitation. In any case, a loss in a civil case is not enough for a prosecutor to necessarily think there's proof beyond a reasonable doubt.

He SAID all that. He didn’t TESTIFY to it. They had to force him to sit for a deposition. The plaintiff put portions of his deposition testimony into evidence and it was bad for him. He never came into court so it wasn’t a he said, she said case. It was just a she said. Nobody to blame but himself if he doesn’t bother to put on a defense.
