I'm not saying this to remotely denigrate dancers. I've seen some girls build solid foundations for a good life from dancing, including home purchases and even investment portfolios. But IME the solid majority are doing this for the same reason that anyone works - because they need the money to pay current expenses.

We talk a lot on here about supporting kids and loser SOs, but lately I've been hearing a lot more cases in which these girls are supporting deadbeat parents. It seems that often these parents have substance abuse issues. What a shameful burden it has to be for a young woman to have her parents relying upon her for support.

If it's a yes or no question, then yes but not just sex workers do this. For most of the strippers I know of who are getting child support, it doesn't sound like it was worth the hassle and it wasn't the goal.

I dont mean that the dancers are buyig tons of those items. But i mean i have seen dancers who for instance have cars like audis and mercedes. Not the high end 100k+ cars but the entry ones at 40k or so.

There are some dancers who have for example $1000 purses or yeezy shoes. I don’t know if they have a collection of them or not. But at least one of those items

Wallanon thars true. But child support laws are messed up , they say the child should have access to the same lifestyle if the parents weee still married. So like if you have a kid with someone making a million or so per year they’ll have to pay you something crazy like 100k a year until the kids 18. You dont even need to work with that kind of money

Wallanon should i be wary if a dancer tries having a kid? Its most likely a scam of some sort? Ive wanted to bang a clean dancer or escort raw but am concerned if i dont pull out in time. The dancers buying expensive items are usually the ones with short time horizons. I've seen dancers do things like taking Florida vacations and then two weeks later not having money to pay the rent. Some dancers do drugs. No one needs drugs and they cause long term harm in users, so any money spent on them is money wasted. People have a right, though, to waste their own money. I've known some dancers who are quite into saving. One 30-year-old dancer told me she bought a house with the money she saved from ten years of stripping. On the other hand, I knew another one making a hundred thousand dollars a year who spent it all and later ended up homeless. Probably there are more dancers who don't save enough due to overestimating how long their peak earning years will last.
