    Depending on the club, your mouth coming into contact with a dancers nipples, kissing, and light groping can be common and I wouldn’t consider it an “extra.” I usually welcome these perks to a regular lapdance that will keep me buying more.

    I'd say 80%+ of girls at Atlanta HM clubs encourage or allow nipple licking/sucking. Seems natural to me, so I just lean in and go for it. On the few occasions where she pulls away or says No, I can still enjoy the dances, but will cut them off early, and won't get any more down the road. Re other guys' slobber... I dunno.     and OP: wrt is this an extra or not, this is a funny one... it's very basic for most lap dances around here, though there are times when I get much higher level extras but the dancer has asked me not to suck on their tits, maybe they're sore or over touched today or just got piercings removed or whatever. This is another good reason to ask first before partaking. A dancer that doesn't let me even touch boobs in Seattle is a pretty rare thing, and frankly it's just not worth it to me, so I will one-and-done that dancer. I can let the sucking slide, but for my money that's a lot of the appeal so I strongly prefer this "light extra".

    Women will use hygienic rational for refusing to kiss. But if you were some celebrity, they would not refuse at all. The real reason is that they don't feel any special attraction to you, and because they can see that you will not be continuing to see them. To you they are just a vending machine.     ^ key point being "hygienic rationale" ...as that is precisely a rationale, i.e. a logical basis for a course of action. Dispensing with rationality, for example on the basis of celebrity is to be irrational. It is rational to not kiss in the context of SW, because of the risk of transmission., just as it is rational to wear condoms in the context of SW.

    Perhaps I'm the weird one here. I'll kiss on boobs, but I won't full on suck on them. Part of the deal with my wife.     I don't consider-it/expect-it as part of a dance thus would not penalize a dancer for it but I'd be more motivated to get extra-dances and tip-better if they were generous with the twins - but I also would not consider it an extra in the sense that I would agree to pay extra per dance for the privilege.     As a general note, if you do get the green light, remember that tits were made to be sucked by babies. So if you, as a grown man go full hoover on them, probably gonna hurt. Not getting complaints doesn't necessarily mean you are not causing discomfort.     I don’t consider it an extra, but I don’t necessarily consider it a standard part of a dance. Certainly it’s not a standard part of a floor dance in places that have floor dances. It’s pretty common for lap dances in private or semi private areas. By the way, based on my experience going to clubs on OTC outings with other dancers and getting dances with them, they like sucking on boobs as much as guys do.

    I like it, and am more likely to keep getting dances if the dancer allows it. Some dancers are strictly against it, some love it and can't wait to stuff their nipples in your mouth.     Drew, the application of hygienic precautions by strip club dancers and amp girls is completely subjective, based on who you are, how you are dressed, whether they expect to be seeing you again, seeing you outside, or if they want such.     Defining an "extra" is sort of like TUSCL's version of "What is the sound of one-handed man clapping?" There's no real answer, but there can be limitless discussion. While it may or may not be considered an extra in your region, even in places where it's common there's typically a few dancers where tit sucking is a no-fly zone. So, for that dancer, it obviously is an extra if it's ever allowed. I'm on board if it's allowed; around here, that's almost always. I remember decades ago when I took a trip to TJ with a buddy. We went to a club (no idea which one; it's possible that HK wasn't even open at that time), and a dancer with amazing tits stood at a corner of the stage and a line of guys formed just to tip her and then suck on her tits.
