This is only loosely related to strip clubs but I though you guys might have some insights.
What is it with foot wear and pornography? Why do almost all the women in pornographic video leave their shoes on ... even when fucking?

I'll venture a try anyway. Perhaps it is indeed the very non-functional property of high heels when not standing, combined with their well-known sexual connotations and the discomfort a woman undergoes to wear them that makes them a turn on.
