I hit a wall at around 38. Vision, energy etc. I'm 41 and it ain't any better even though I exercise 5x a week. I been thinking about getting test replacement therapy. I live like 26 mins from the border though can probably just as easily go down there and but Sustenon or some shit OTC. Only problem is, once I go on TRT I'll probably be on for life. Probably worth it.

I was a TANK at 40, 5'10 240, arms 183/4 without a pump I looked like A Dudly boy from prowresting. Now I am 55 and the warranty is expired, the liver warning light is on, aat least I can retire any day at 70 percent, add in my deffered comp and its 100 percent.

Geez - What's wrong with you younger guys... ;-) Really - It wasn't until 50 that I hit my stride with SCs, and later with German FKKs. Now, at 62, I gotta admit, I'm glad strippers don't really give a shit about my faltering wiener, so long as my money holds out. In that regard, they're really good on the ol' ego. They always tell me I'm great, no matter what... Of course, I'm still a piker compared to Shadowcat - Guy's nearing 80 and still banging like a Sexagenarian ...

@JuiceBox69 How old you feel and behave is more important for your overall physical and mental health than your biological age. I am over half a century old biologically but I feel and behave like a quarter century old, but with better judgment that comes from being a bruised and battered veteran of life who have had some interesting experiences and lived to tell the tale. Just keep your body tuned up and your mind tuned in, it’s never too late to get started. Like someone in tuscl wrote: “The best cure for ED (erectile distinction) is a twenty something smoking hot woman” Make everyday count and be careful out there.

I'm not as good as I once was....But I'm as good once as I ever was... I'm 51 and I still have great stamina....I sometimes don't get as hard as I used to...but with the right girl I'm hard as fuck and last a long time... if I am going to hit the SC and be bad, taking a girl home..i will take a 20 of cialis before I go there.... It gives me extra confidence and makes that pussy feel extra tight. I had a stripper tell me once..You're dick isn't the biggest, but it grows the most of anyone I know...lol

Trailer trash skanks and Arbys are leading to a low libido? Try eating salads and traveling to some new areas to club.

I'm pushing 50 and I've learned over these last few years that weight maintenance and circulation matter a lot as I age. During periods where I let myself go, my libido decreased and my other functioning was not always consistent. But when I'm keeping myself fit my libido goes through the roof and my equipment works just fine. For some months now I've been back into an aggressive weight training regimen and eating much better, so I'm tearing it up, no chemical assistance needed. I've also noticed that my OTC opportunities seem to multiply when I'm fitter with plenty of bulky muscle.

Too much stress and a lack of sleep kills my libido. When work quiets down and I can get consistent sleep, I find my mind relaxes enough to allow things to happen. I guess maybe I have a lot to look forward to in retirement! Except the kids will keep me stressed out and awake I stead of my job, oh and the wife is relentless with the wishlist of things that she wants done....

Except for the inability to orgasm more than 2-3 times in a night I am the same. Lose weight, eat healthy and exercise. If you need some artificial confidence try 25 mg of vitamin V - any more and you might have issues finishing. Walked 18 and carried my clubs on a 92 degree day yesterday and still fine today.

I’m mid 40s. Everything still works the same ir I can go couples times a night out at SC...as long as I take care of myself ie sleep diet exercise. That’s really the biggest difference: I can no longer eat a pie of pizza for dinner and drink all night and sleep 3 hours and still wake up with a raging boner and ready to go multiple times

Sneaking up on 70, it helps that I have a great urologist who understands the disappointment that age brings. That said, between vitamin V, exercise, a lack of interest in alcohol, decent diet, and the eye-dick coordination when viewing the hottest putas in TJ, I am good for a couple of pops per day per visit. Indeed, the eye candy is the biggest factor. I have gone to TJ somewhat unmotivated, until when I walk into a club, my "motivation" is renewed. When traveling, strip clubs fill the gap, but since I am almost always a new bee, it is harder to get the benefits of a regular. (The reports here help me to make good decisions.) In my 20s-50s, I was banging unaided on demand. At 60 clearly I was in decline. I started seeing a stripper OTC that motivated me to exercise more and eat better. That lasted four years, before she got a non-nude job she loved and quit the business. The Nevada brothels were far too expensive. My little head pointed to TJ, Amsterdam, the Czech Republic, and the German FKKs. (Amsterdam recently has been very disappointing.) The big head never looked back. When I was younger, it was about finding a woman willing to bang me three to seven times a day. However, for that, girlfriends and wives required expensive and burdensome exchanges, emotional and financial. As I get older, it has become more about the adventure in finding hot sweeties one-third my age willing to provide NSA sexual experiences. Knowing what I know now, I would have stayed single and would have led the life of a young monger, going broke monthly making priceless memories of plowing young beauties.

As you age, I think it’s important to do something healthy each day. It could be as basic as walking and watching what you eat. I’m 56 and a distance runner. It’s not easy, and recovery takes longer. However, I know genetics might be against me. My father passed from heart disease, and my mother has his blood pressure and atrial fibrillation, so I’m keeping at it. Eating more healthy foods is important. Keeping to a healthy weight helps. I heard or saw it someplace - “Sitting is the new smoking” - and it struck a cord - as many folks are highly sedentary in their work and their home lives. So, it’s important to move around and do something. I don’t fuck filthy how’s on a daily basis. This habit, unless you have Charlie Sheen money, doesn’t allow for me to fuck how’s daily, so a decrease in horniness/libido - isn’t that bad.

Fresh food is the key. We haven't been sick in almost 3 years, through a fit stage and a fat stage.

Am I taking crazy pills here? I'm 41 and work out regularly, with weights. I do cardio and I can definitely feel the difference from even 10 years ago. Like my dick still works fine, I can still run a mile but it's harder to lift heavier things as effortlessly, takes longer to recover, joints feel duller, reaction times are down etc. Sounds like I'm the outlier here and I probably need ot get my shit checked out

^ I see it as more pain tolerance than anything else. All the reactions you get, we all get, it just depends on how we feel about them. In order to ski moguls, my wife and I take a mid season break from skiing every February and we still don't feel "right" until June. Thirty years ago I just skied the year and went to baseball/tennis/golf as soon as the snow left.

skibum, I was on the Pro Patrol for six+ seasons. That involved skiing, shoveling, climbing towers, and operating and repairing lifts. I could pound down the mountain over moguls or blue ice all day, six days a week. I ate the resort food that you can imagine was not focused on health. Sometimes it was beer for dinner. On the seventh day, I went skiing with the girlfriend. I was 38 when I quit and left for a high tech position. When I quit, I could run for miles and still not be completely worn out. It didn't take long flying a computer to digress into a 50 lb overweight diabetic. Learning that I had become diabetic was the wake-up call. Moderate exercise and a good diet put me back to my fighting weight of 180. Now that I am in my late 60s, I can ski almost the entire day, but my day is much shorter if I spend any time on the moguls. My father was 82 when he quite skiing. Summer he played tennis. When he passed at 90, he said the thing he missed most was skiing. Good genetics and good habits I hope will keep me on the slopes. My first choice is to die in bed with a 20-something chica,; otherwise I want to die on the mountain.
