I put 20% of my net worth into Visa last year and even though I'm up 43% I was stressed the entire year and was constantly looking to see if people were using visa at the checkout line. I rebalanced and now Visa is down to 5% my networth and I won't ever go that far deep into one stock ever again

Never go more than 10% of your net worth on any stock. Good rule to follow.

auto stocks depends alot on new car sales, so if car sales go flat , stocks could crash. if new car sale go up, then you win.

Bro you are never going to 10x that way. Get yourself a weekly long option and grab your balls for the ride.

Don't bet 50% of your net worth on any stock. Stay in indexes.

Share price alone is meaningless. For a blue chip earner look at some basic stuff like dividend yield, PE Ratio and earnings/growth prospects for starters.

Also recommend diversification of assets (especially for a beginner). If you are in for the long haul just book mutual or index funds.

But if you want to gamble F is a terrible stock for that.
