I don't work any jobs. But I want to thank all of those working 1 or 2 jobs for keeping my Social Security checks coming in.
I work one job now.
In college I worked 2 - and any odd jobs I could find.
Now, these 10-12 hour days tire me out!

Yes. I used to work two jobs for a few years, but that’s all it took to get ahead. Now I can afford to do only one job so I can focus on raising a family as my full time job.
It was hell for a few years doing two jobs, but I look back knowing I didn’t miss out on anything fun so it was a good trade off. Bank some cash to sit on it until the kids get Older. They’re going to freak out when you tell them you have money saved for post secondary schooling. It serves as me setting the expectation that they will be furthering their education, and I have the money to prove it.
