It's in the 90's here in the Detroit area. But I don't let heat deter me from taking my daily bike ride. By the time I returned home, my clothes were sopping wet with sweat and I was more tired than usual. I had planned to visit the club later today, but now all I want to do is lie on the sofa and drink water. That heat is a danger to strip club activities.

I’m trying to go for a run right now in El Paso, Texas and I just can’t. It’s like a heat lamp is slapping the shit out of me.
It's dangerous to over-exercise in that heat - once your body cools down take a cool shower - you may want to switch to swimming till it cools down.

Swam all morning the heat doesn't matter as long as you're in the pool, this afternoon we will mix a pitcher of Mojitos and spend the afternoon in the pool, than about 7:30 go out for dinner at a mexican place near here.
