If you want a second childhood without adult supervision, then yes Adulting is worth it. Otherwise you’ll always have to work the rest of your life away or beg for handouts because you’ll never afford to retire and be a kid again.

“Adulting” is necessary. However if your means and responsibilities permit it’s ok to say screw it from time to time and do what you want.
When people talk about who is an adult, they just mean who is and who is not what they think an adult should be.
