  A few years ago Follies had a Reese Witherspoon look a like. It was even noted in a review. Unfortunately she was a real bitch. She once told me "All men are ass holes. Fortunately she got fired eventually.

  The celebrity look alike I’ve most recently encountered is one at Centerfolds in Houston who resembles a young Rosanna Arquette. Unfortunately, she’s an air-head who laughs like a hyena. That said, she aims to please.
