Get the most money doing the least possible....know your worth. No reason to ever do extras, most tricks can be easily led on....just touch a little more before each songs end so they think they can keep doing more. And if you're into regulars, make them think they can get more each time they come but never do anything. Know your worth.....It can be harder if you don't have a high customer turnover rate but still....you dictate the terms of engagement, not the trick.

I dont try and make friends with them. Just a bit upset I hooked up some girl and she cannot return the favor when the guy is willing to spend on me. Instead has to say something bad to get him to not spend $$$ on me. That is fucking wack. If I got a guy or his buddy that wants to spend on another girl I do not keep the girl from making money like that. That is extremely beyond fucked up petty jealous bullshit right there.

Lots think that by tearing others down they'll even out the playing field. Its a sign of low self esteem, they don't think they can up their game and better themselves.

You never really know where you stand with someone working at a club. One day a girl will be your friend, smoke with you. The next she acts like she doesn't know you.

But when they have to talk shit about you, you know you're doing something right.

I think it is more regulars money here right now because it is very slow. But weird. The money is fucking weird. Last week 3 days 2 of 3 350ish? Then sat 1200+ but 900 of it to drink vodka otc lmao.

This week weds -24.. thurs got me to net of $6 but left early. Fri 770 sat 914.. this be slow season. Gals with regs stayed in vip when I made nothing. Then tonite the ugliest fattest girl in the club sat in vip all night and made more than everyone else. Hmm good reg? Her prices low? Hoe? Confused

Summer was better...
