i think people have different ways of enjoying themselves. some people will just go and tip, and they have no desire to get dances. this is common in black clubs---but you even see it in mixed clubs sometimes too.

for the record, i DO get dances. i guess its just different strokes for different folks

I know some people just like the eye candy of a stage show, and I wasn't trying to insult those who do, that's just not for me because I can't wrap my head around it. Just like some people like to go out to a nice restaraunt to get a salad and a glass of wine and enjoy the ambience while I need a good steak or ribs to enjoy a nice restaraunt.

Truth be told I am a little jealous of the people that can get a lot of enjoyment out of just watching a stage show and tippinv at the rail. it comes down to pride. some guys think they are too good to pay for it, not realizing you wont feel any shame after the deed is done.
