From a review submitted last night:
"A man from the next table grabbed a ladies ass as she was walking by, he thought she was a dancer, still not right, but she was a customer, the ladies husband beat the crap out of the dude. police and ambulance had to come."

The husband should have realized it was a compliment. Now, he's gonna spend some time in jail. .

Husband will spend some time in jail...where someone will try to grab his ass!!

Both of those guys made critical mistakes. But, yeah, strip clubs really aren't a nexus of good decision making.

That would have been a memorable visit.

It's usually clear who is a dancer and who is a customer by how they are dressed.

I never agreed with grabbing dancers in that manner. In the front room I'd use a regular way to get her attention. The most I do once I have her attention is maybe a continued hug with my hand on her ass while we're talking. Which always leads to dances.

As long as the guy gets a half decent lawyer, he won’t spend much, if any, time in jail. Same for the bartender in the linked story.
They need to frame the story as they were each defending someone from sexual assault. There are provisions in the laws of nearly every state making that not a crime, especially when the victim is oneself.

I nearly got my ass beat when the stripper sitting with me grabbed another strippers ass. Moral of the story: grab 'er by the pussy, not the ass.

Cannot always tell stripper from customer. Was in a club once and a girl in a short dress came up to a guy in my group. She pointed to an older gentleman in the corner and said that he had pair her to dance for my friend. He waved his hand at us when she pointed. The girl climbed on his lap CG and started a grind that was usually not allowed at that club. Immediately a bouncer came over. I figured it was because her dance was too much for their rules. He told her that he has told her before she cannot dance on customers and said if it happens again she would have to leave. He sent her back to the guy in the corner.
Talking to the bouncer, she wasn't a dancer. She was a customer! She was that guy's wife!

Some girls wear platforms, some wear heels, but only strippers wear platforms and high heels.

I can see a mistake like that being made especially being somewhat under the influence of alcohol and horniness.
I don't think it requires getting into a fight over it if it was a one-time mistake.

the bar girl reaction was totally wrong.

I agree with Papi. That was a huge overreaction, but when alcohol gets involved...
"Cannot always tell stripper from customer."
Here's my story. The first or second time I went to IR I saw a beautiful girl I had gotten dances from several times in an Orlando club. She and another girl were dressed sexy as hell an sitting with a guy even older than me.
She went up to the stage to tip a dancer so I walked up to the stage too to chat with her. I was thinking this was my chance to get some good dances with her.
I pulled up next to her and asked if I could get some dances when she was available. She acted offended and told me "I don't work her" with an attitude. Then she strutted back over to her "date". I guess she was on escort or SB duty.
Anyway, I saw her about a week later at the Orlando club and she appologized. No more money went her way, and that was close to the time I switched to clubbing almost exclusively out of town.
