In my early 20s in 2000, 2001 when open front room extras started happening. the '90s boom times were over, dotcom crashed, 9/11 happened. It felt like broken window theory. Sort of obvious then the dancer and PL next to you are going at it at his table.   I know they exist.....I've just never had more than some stick shifting and a little pretend blowjob (hot air) through the pants. Perhaps I've always just been too laid back in my approach? Maybe I look too much like I could be a cop. Maybe I just don't have the mojo! Great...now I'm depressed.

  I heard about seductions and sundowner in Niagara Falls Ontario in my early/mid 20s. I wasn’t going to strip clubs then on a regular basis but came here when [view link] bit the dust. This site opened me up to other clubs around the country that had similar mileage.

  Started my SC career in the early 2000s in Dallas where extras where rare as far as I knew and dances in the clubs I knew were on the floor thus not much privacy and VIP rooms were not that popular bc the clubs either didn't have them or where very pricey - I enjoy SCing but P4P sex has never really been super satisfying to me - thus for the bulk of my SC career I didn't aeek out extras and in oaet bc I liked variety and being with different dancers vs spending all/most my $$$ on just one girl - since extras were not prevalent in Dallas :as far as I knew) O assumed a girl pitching VIP was out to rip me off thus I was not interested in taking the plunge/chance. It wasn't till I joined TUSCL in 2012 that my PL-eyes were opened to the possibilities and the fact there *were* dancers that followed-thru in VIP and were not just hustling me.

  I am not sure of the year but it was as a young teen in the early to mid 70s. My older brother and his friends talked about a local club. I couldn't wait to go. Fortunately at 16 i looked 18 and learned the truth for myself

  I first learned about 20 years ago when I stopped at a club on the way to the Miami airport with Les Girls on the outside. Inside it was a dive, dancers and customers were mostly latina, and I looked lost. However, at 3 pm the place was rockin. A lovely young dancer with decent english came up to me and asked me if I had ever been there before. I said no as it was obvious. She explained that many of these girls are going to try to talk me into their private dance booths and sell me full service. She told me that they would offer me that for $100. She also told me don't go with any of them. I asked "why"? She said because I will do if for you for $60. I did have to pay $5 extra for a condom. I was hooked. Too bad that place was shut down and then bull dozed. A very sad day.

  I always knew it possible. When did I learn it could be had for less than $1000? About 1-2 months into dancing. (The general advice to me when I started was to never sleep with a customer for less than that.)

  When I was 16 (early 60's) and driving a couple buddies and I used to go to Howard St. In Akron Ohio which was basically a red light district. There I became a monger addicted to sex. You could get a 50/50 full service for 20 dollars or less. I started watching the newspapers crime section and whenever a girl was busted for prostitution the stupid newspaper listed her name and address. I would quickly zoom over to her house and get a nice blow job or 1/2 & 1/2 for 20.00 sometimes taking a few friends with me to help her earn enough to pay her fine. We didn't have strip clubs then in the early 60's, We had Go Go and Titty Bars where you could maybe negotiate a BJ in the parking lot for 15-20 bucks. My first top less bar extras was at a top less (pasties) bar in Fairchance, Pa. (1974) It was hooked to a motel and if you stayed at the motel you could talk the dancer into stopping by your room for FS after her shift. My first back room top less bar extras were in Akron, Ohio probably around 2008. You gave the bartender $30 for 3 songs and the girl would close the curtain on the little room pull out your dick and start sucking. NO EXTRA COST FOR "extras" it was included in the price. When I tried to tip her a Benny she said "what's that for" "you paid the bartender didn't you" I talked her into keeping it which bought me some credibility and we did some OTC dates afterwards. I still don't buy extras but I get a lot of extras Free of Charge !

  I always assumed extras were available. However I incorrectly assumed that lap dances were zero or next to zero contact. The first time I got a lap dance I was really confused and surprised!

  About 2005. Someone told me that a Detroit club called Henry VIII S had a reputation for fun. I stopped by one evening and on the way to the men's room I happened to notice the "VIP" room, a series of chairs with 3 or 4 dancers kneeling and servicing their male customers in this open room. The talent was pretty weak so I passed. Shortly thereafter, I discovered Bogart's, sister club for Henry VIII. It had better talent, especially on Tuesdays. It also had an open VIP area, a large room with chairs arrayed around the perimeter. During my first "private" dance, I was amazed to see five girl-customer combinations with the girls either kneeling or bouncing up and down on their partially clothed customers in cow girl or reverse cow girl position. The open VIP has since been replaced by more private booths but Bogarts (and the two Henry VIII clubs) are still both extras-friendly clubs. Of course, I also discovered other Metro Detroit clubs that were more classy.

  Girls doing outside service has always been there. But lap dancing started at MBOT and it meant lap sitting. What else it meant varied widely, but the only totally prohibited on site was FS. And it was just money being handed out on an ongoing basis. Similar to what comes and goes in our underground circuit. But 'Buying Dances' came later, after Jim and Artie had already won all the legal battles themselves, when booths and VIP Rooms were introduced. And then as an operator worked to limit all front room contact, clubs became chip joints, places where chumps were induced into buying dances. Now often there will be no real limits in how far this might go, but the price is artificially high and the general choreography between you and the girl is spoiled. Buying dances is a chump's game, and thinking about it as extras is just a bad way of interacting with the girl. And notice that what Jestrite50, our expert womanizer is talking about is not really the same chump's game. He is talking about seeing girls outside of the club, and he is talking about low cost situations, and much freer and fluid interactions with the girls then you would find today in the standard clip joints. There really is no concept of 'extras' in his descriptions. SJG

  I had known about extras before I ever experienced extras. I first read about it in 2013 when I came across a website called Two Sheds Michigan Strip Club Pages. I first experienced it in 2017 when I finally decided to visit a club that had a reputation for extras.

  I learned what extras were about a year and a half ago despite the fact that I've been clubbing for 15 years. I thought it was my demeanor or my cologne that was causing all the girls to be down to fuck after 3 songs but it was the club itself.

  1999... I was 17 and took a trip to Lexington to check out the UK campus. I had visited a couple of Cincinnati area clubs over the past year, so after my campus tour I decided to visit a club that a friend of mine who went to UK sugested. Within 20 minutes I had been quoted quite a wide ranging menu of services. That's when I realized how lame Cincinnati clubs were and I always hoped they would become more like other cities. Sadly, that never happened.

  I learned extras existed long before I realized they were extras. I’d been visiting dirty clubs in Irvington and other parts of Northern NJ - where extras were common. I started getting more involved in mongering in the early 2000’s - so it was about 17 years ago. Then I hit a few upscale clubs with a few guys from my office - and found that some clubs expect you to keep your pants on in vip! Lol!

  It would have to be in the early 2000's before Fuegos it was called Irvings . This was a very rough spot when it was up and coming and shady management. Anyway the dancers were had no limits and that was the first place I remember having some V.I.P. rooms. Honestly on the floor the dancers initiated a lot of it and I went along. The dances were such a turn-on I couldn't help but inquire. The first one I remember had me nervous like crazy but the dancer was cool and I relaxed real quick. It also helped I saw her at another club. I played it conservative but I enjoyed myself. Once we were done when she told me I could have done I was pissed but then I said that won't happen again.

  Around 2005 @ Club Venus in Detroit. I started clubbing in the late 1980s and all of the clubs that I'd gone to at that time didn't have VIP rooms. Everything was in the open, but you could get good lap dances. I even remember a time when it was difficult to get extras (if at all) at Bogarts of all places! No VIP rooms @ Bogies back in the day, but very good lap dances (LDK). I'm sure OTC could be had if you knew the dancer a long time.
