Do you read it out letter-by-letter? Do you pronounce it like Tusk-Uhl? I pronounce it as Tussel (rhymes with Hustle.) I call posters on this site TUSCLers (rhymes with Hustlers.)
The way I say it rhymes with muscle and hustle but with a T. For what I call the people and myself here, Tuscler, the way I pronounce it rhymes with hustler.
Basically the same as tus kul but the problem with "cul" is if it's a hard or soft "c".
"cul" with a soft c would sound sul whereas a hard c would sound kul, hence why i chose to write it as kul. :D
Used to call it tus-cul. In that last year, I have even called it anything. Haven't talk to anyone face to face to use any pronunciation. And, sadly, I don't see that changing in the future.
Sorry, y'all. I feel like the guy in the Cheerwine commercial imitating New Jerseyans (or was it New Yorkers, the world may never know) imitating Southerners by saying ya all. After I said that I realized it was youse guys.
Ok, I'll come clean. After Juice's rap video, I kind of think of it as tussle, especially since we do that sometimes. Before that it was tuskul. But after I saw all y'all's nice asses....

Based on those rules - the OP’s question is irrelevant.
