Those aren't all newbs. In some cases it is a product of the local market.
One thing is a club charging a standard rate of $X for dances or whatever, which is pretty-much non-negotiable - another thing is what a dancer charges for extras which is just b/w the custy and the dancer.
This chick was telling this newb:
