Anyone know how the 3 mile law works when it comes to something like this? Is it even in effect still? I think that you can't have a floating brothel out at sea past 3 miles because of the laws of where you come back to port or maybe there are international maritime laws. Just curious.
Otherwise, a cruise ship bordello would be a great idea.
