usually we do lots of foreplay and some play after. We find 30-40 minutes works for us (total) but the actual fucking, I strive to pace that for 9 minutes. Sometimes it goes out to 20, but I still strive for 9-10. 9 minutes is what satisfies her. As for Richard Pryor's comment, I agree that you've got to slow down periodically to make it last. Even with weed I wouldn't make it for too long if I was going as hard as possible without any slow downs.

A lot of things factor into this, and I think this is for any guy, not just me:

1. Have I been drinking?
2. When is the last time I masturbated or had sex?
3. How turned on am I by the person I am with?
