They never tell you what you need to know.
Okay jumping the gun a little early, but who do you think will be the final 4 this year? (Would be interesting to re-visit this thread at the end of this year)

In General I believe there are only three conferences in football, AFC, NFC, and SEC. With that being said we have to appease the rest of the country by allowing them in the playoff picture. I can see Alabama, Clemson, Oklahoma, and Stanford

^^^ ugh Big10, Pac, Big12 and even the ACC usually have at least 1 shining star each season.

Ohio State and Michigan have lots of talent, Michigan has a really easy schedule. Notre Dame has a relatively favorable schedule also, but is has all new players at Wide Receiver and thin at tight end. Stamford has talent but an unproven QB. All that said, Clemson, Alabama and FSU have as much talent as anyone. However, one loss or injury and next up.

No wonder I don't care about College Football, at least until the Pac10/Big10 get more of their shit together.

Shailynn..... those other conferences usually do have one star.... but that one star beat all the crappie teams in their conference, forcing me to question if they are really a star. Every conference has a champion but are they a great football team, usually they would not be as great if they were in the sec

although I would bet the top SEC teams could probably beat the dumpster fire that is the Browns, the 49ers, and maybe most of the AFC South

SEC / college football is its own religion in the south eastern part of the country. It's just a different brand of football, however it is cyclical, there will be a time when the SEC is not the king, but it will be no time soon. The kids choosing schools today have only known that the SEC is the top talent and it spirals from there. More recrits, better recruits, domination.....
