As of three years ago (When I was last there) CT's Adult Books in Gary IN had a OBS/Gyn exam table complete with Stirrups in the Theater room where sometimes amateurs arrived for the wife to be gang banged on weekends. Although they had Dancers for private shows (p4p) that was oddly enough placed in the theater, the private rooms were fairly 'spartan'. Would have to check the reviews for more info there.

Place I went in San Francisco had in one of their fantasy rooms an OBS/GYN table with strirrups. As I was going to do a second DATY dance with this girl, she suggested it.
I think they could do most anything they wanted there, by paying off the bouncers, so long as the owner was not there.
But I don't like that kind of a set up. It is not the way to do things.
Also they prohibit most front room touching, and especially front room GFE. So you have to go for the booth. So I consider it a clip joint. They sell more an open end expensive fantasy than delivery.
I opted against the special table, and things worked out very well in the booth. These girls are accustomed to standing up on the sofas for DATY.
For sex furniture for home, I think you need:
The chair where you can slouch down, for YabYum or girl on top sex, and for face sitting.
But you also want a doggie position appliance.
Then you should have a desk or table something where you can just put her on her back on.
Then a shelf or counter up against a wall, and of the correct height.
Then just an ordinary bed, but at the correct height.
Maybe a sofa too.
But see this already takes up a great deal of space. Can things be combined? Can things be disguised so that it is not obvious what they are intended for?
Still not sure what is best for DATY or for BJ.

I think this is better than those V shaped things they show in the TJ Cascadas, and in that escort hotel in Ciudad Juarez.
And you have to try it yourself. I think you have to try it with girls of various heights relative to your own, and of various weights too.
A hard job, but someone has to do it.

So I feel now that I could design sex furniture which is better than that which is now on the market.
You are always trying to compromise on the number of pieces needed for the entire set, as that gets to the costs and the space required.
As I see it, face sitting, the girl squatting down onto my face, is very important. That way her weight is still on her legs, and so it spreads her hips.
So you want preliminaries, like makeout session with FOV and FIV.
And you want this face sitting.
And you want to let her go over the top, then BJ you and get off on her face, then do 69 and let her go over the top again.
Then go to full feel up, watching for when her pussy is ready to play again. Then ridding me, front ways, then back ways, then putting her on the furniture for doggy, and lots lots more.
My own design will outperform what is now available.
Does any of this need moving parts, or even electric motors? Not clear yet.
Also, it all works as a ritual sex altar. And are there restraint attachments? Maybe.
Have to build protos and test all of this out, and with girls of a range of sizes and weights. Really hard work, but someone has got to do it.

Also this seems designed for restraints. If you put a woman into hard restraints, then she would probably inadvertently get injured just from being bounced around.
The parts that her arms and legs go on are small, so it tends to need hard restraints.
Not sure if this is the best way to design it. And then the restraints should be a built in part of her outfit.
