When you guys post a decent or outright positive review of a VIP room experience and end them with a statement " I left with a smile on my face" what does this mean ... generally speaking?

It's a purposefully vague statement, not a code for anything in particular. What makes one PL smile might make me frustrated, so I wouldn't read much into it.
We all leave with a smile when we buy low and sell high -
In a strip club context, I've always assumed that "I left with a smile on my face" is an expression of post-orgasmic contentment. Certainly that's the way I use it.
"I had a nice release"
But it's up for interpretation on how the release was achieved.
Personally for me it means I had a good time that may but, does have to include a release. Agree that it is intentionally vague in nature.
It either means I didn't spend much money or I heard a new joke.
I thought it meant that you got a compliment from a stripper ;-)

To me it just means that I left with something to fantasize about and I hope I have as much fun next visit.
I don't use the terminology, but I'm guessing it at least means they had a good time. Like JS69 stated that could be different for each PL.
I think part of the problem here is that some guys want 'extras', they just want the girl to make them ejaculate.

So I find that unless reviews are written by a regular poster whom I have interacted with and feel that I understand, then the reviews are of little use.
