  It's a purposefully vague statement, not a code for anything in particular. What makes one PL smile might make me frustrated, so I wouldn't read much into it.

  In a strip club context, I've always assumed that "I left with a smile on my face" is an expression of post-orgasmic contentment. Certainly that's the way I use it.

  Personally for me it means I had a good time that may but, does have to include a release. Agree that it is intentionally vague in nature.

  I don't use the terminology, but I'm guessing it at least means they had a good time. Like JS69 stated that could be different for each PL.

  I think part of the problem here is that some guys want 'extras', they just want the girl to make them ejaculate.
  
  Never gone for that approach.
  
  If it is to be more than just casual horseplay, then I want escort grade GFE-FS.
  
  So I find that unless reviews are written by a regular poster whom I have interacted with and feel that I understand, then the reviews are of little use.
  
  Now on San Francisco Red Book, this was not a problem. This pertained to AAMPs, not AMPs.
  
  AAMPs are intended to be an Asian offering comparable to domestic escorts. So you can't even get the address until you commit to the session, and you can't get in until you make the second call.
  
  So LE could never make a bust just based on reviews.
  
  So the terminology was completely explicit. No "smile on my face", and no 'extras'. The standard was GFE. And Red Book GFE = DFK + DATY + BBBJ + MSOG ( covered 2x ).
  
  And that second pop is nice. It is not just quantity, it is quality. After some time making out, and then DATY and BBBJ, and then one pop, and then second pop, the girl has really opened up to you. To make that second pop happen she really has to give it up fully.
  
  And so lots of guys got to be very good with these girls. They learned how to do them really nicely and gently. And so a lot of the good and popular girls just coasted on endorphin all day long. :)
  
  And so as people expected this, this was what was talked about in the reviews.
  
  So as long as guys talk about 'mileage' and 'extras', and let girls 'sell dances' to them, it will never be like this.
  
  And then also just the problem that strip clubs are retail and anyone can walk in and so explicit reviews could get them busted.

  Also, very rarely did people book 30min. They always booked 60min, because the "service level" was so high. The girls just let it happen, and so it is all very civilian like, and also guys loved that 2nd pop and the closeness which led up to it.

  Varies wildly. While some may think / hope it means some form of release or full service took place, for many Jedi PLs it means they touched a booby for a moment.
  
  Don't rely on that turn of phrase too much.
