In a startling development, Harvard professor Larry Lessig has ended his bid for the Democratic presidential nomination:
His bewildering withdrawal came despite his gaining rapidly on Jim Webb and Lincoln Chafee (who had withdrawn previously) for a distant fourth place in the chase for the nomination.
Americans are left to ask "Why, Larry, why?" or, more accurately, "Who is Larry, who?"

I'm confused why a single issue candidate with no campaign staff has to drop out.
Maybe the Koch Bros. bought him off.
Well the Koch Bros do like to buy things
Things go better with Kock.
I admire the guy. His candidacy was purely a protest to bring attention to campaign finance reform and gerrymandering. Unfortunately, I don't think he got as much attention as he deserved, but he wasn't a delusional guy who thought he could win. He was a realist that tried to use the absurdity of his campaign to draw attention to ideas he believed in.
And that's brilliant! ;)
