Very not cool. Granted, the dog doesn't look like a conventional service dog, but all the owner really should've done was mention it and ask. Yeah, this is a guy who needs to lose his business if he can't keep his mouth in check.

PhantomGeek...i didnt realize it until i looked it up, it is illegal to refuse service to someone with a service dog. There was a manager at another resturant that was arrested for that because she was un apologetic the resturant is out of business

This is a great lawsuit if he wants to sue. The diner owner broke the law, plus caused a fragile personality severe mental distress. I see $$$$ in an out of court settlement if the veteran is interested.
