  Interesting comments/discussion. As stated, this has become more important to me as I've gotten older....before, just getting off was satisfying. Also agree that spit or swallow isn't that important but as others have mentioned, when done with dramatic flair is pretty hot.
  
  I have experienced what you've described gmd, and it usually involves great use of hands at the same time as the bj, with her staying right there with it but not exactly in her mouth. That helps with not feeling the "interruption".
