Why not? The ADA is law. If they are otherwise qualified, welcome.
I saw a guy so fat that he needed crutches to walk. A dancer than I knew took him to the lap dance room for some dances. Later I asked her if his dick was as big as the rest of him. She said "I don't know. I couldn't find it".
I see customers in wheelchairs all the time. They seem to have a good time and have no problem getting attention from dancers.

@ LDk82; she told me, she just feels the beat of the bass. At least, that is what I think she said, you know.... because their speech then, becomes impaired as well. Very sweet, and attractive girl....
That's correct. Because the have never heard words spoken correctly, it's basically impossible to speak correctly. The best they can do is to feel the vibrations from the throat of their instructor and try to duplicate it, as well as watch as the instructor speaks to try to pick up the consonants. I imagine that oscilloscopes are also useful.
There used to be a deaf dancer at one of the ups up near Dayton. I don't remember which club but i remember that she did give decent dances but nothing special.
