Are extras and OTC on the increase?

Besides checking favorite clubs on TUSCL every day, I also spend some time on that other site. No, not StripperWeb -- I mean StripClubList.com. Yeah, I know -- it's chaotic, crude, anonymous, and utterly unreliable, but every once in a while I get a tip from it on where to go or who to get dances from. I've been struck in recent weeks by how many posters on SCL, at least for clubs in the Midwest, mention a new trend: strippers who won't do lap dances but will do OTC. In fact, the purpose of their strip club "work" seems to be to arrange OTC. For examples, check out the SCL pages for Dancers, Brad's Brass Flamingo, and Babes in Indianapolis. Some of these posters are quite pissed off by the decreasing availability of lap dances and want club managers to *force* strippers to do lappers! I honestly don't understand that coercive way of thinking -- if a girl doesn't want to dance for you, why would you want someone to force her? Wasn't slavery abolished in this country 150 years ago?
Have any of you noticed a similar trend? I guess I'm really asking two questions:
(1) Are more dancers using their strip club jobs as a way to arrange OTC?
(2) Are extras becoming more available ITC?

In clubs that allow it, I commonly see strippers who are trying to build their escorting business. But I've never seen one who turned down money for lap dances. Seems like the club could require stripping and lap dances since it's the essence of the job.
Many clubs will fire the girl for having an explicit escorting business on the side. In those clubs otc discussions take more time and effort.
Net-net, in my opinion, the pendulum is swinging back a bit in the other direction, but I don't think that things will go back to what they were in the 90's or even 2002-2007. Expectations have risen and the newest crop of dancers is much more accustomed to dicier activities than was the last generation of strippers.
I would say looking for whales is more common, and whales aren't looking to have just a lap dance in the clubs I visit.
If it were a real trend, I would expect to see it mentioned in TUSCL reviews, etc., and I haven't. Let me know if you have.
As for extras and OTC in general being on the rise, I think it's been happening over the past 15 years, with more private VIPs, internet escorting and cell phones, and with clubs taking a bigger cut on dances and room fees. There is no recent tightening that I've noticed, at least in the places I've been.
now otc/extras are practically falling in my lap.
last night an ex-cf that i'm still friends with (we hadn't danced in a year) gave me a hug, sat down, and opened with 'baby, im looking to make some money on my nights off'.
where's the game?
where's the coy seduction?
(who gives a fuck?)
i liked your last review.
But overall I would think strip club mileage and the number of girls who do OTC would be increasing.
