In a news story about proposed regulations on sexually oriented businesses in Jackson, Michigan, TUSCL was referenced as the authority for statistics:
"With four strip clubs within city limits, Jackson has one strip club for every 8,356 residents. It falls behind only Muskegon Heights and Inkster for strip clubs per capita in Michigan, according to information derived from the website "The Ultimate Strip Club List.""
Human trafficking seems to be a big concern among Jackson politicians because there are "more strip clubs in Jackson per capita than Detroit." But looking at reviews of the clubs in Jackson, I don't think I'm going to drive an hour to wallow in this midwest Sodom and Gomorrah.

This is not the first time TUSCL was mentioned as a source. I remember a similar one not too long ago.

If there is a better consolidated source of club information out there, I don't know of it.

It looks like Brooklyn, Illinois has Jackson beat. TUSCL lists four clubs. The population is 749, which means there is a club for every 187.25 residents. There must be some kind of trafficking going on, or else everybody in town is either a stripper or a PL.

City of Industry CA (COI) population is 207 and it has 6 clubs.

Trafficking is the new thing they all try to get people excited about, now that the Internet has made porn mainstream. See they have to come up a victim in this, otherwise people don't care.
I had heard that Jackson MI strip clubs had been thrashed by local ordinances. Maybe they were surviving. I hope they do survive!

I am beyond tired of the nonsensical trafficking concern, as it relates to most strip clubs, being used to justify raids, restrictive ordinances, etc.
