The New World Order - Strip Club version

I walked into a club this afternoon about 3pm, sat at the bar, ordered a drink and smiled at the dancer on a satellite stage a few feet away. After my drink came I stepped over to give the, very cute, young spinner on stage a couple of bucks. Instead of taking my money, she asked if I was interested in "extra" special dances. I replied in the affirmative and she promised to come by. A few minutes after she got off stage she slid up against me and was very clear what she was offering. HJ, BBBJ and full service were available from her in VIP (just booths with limited privacy) for surprisingly reasonable amounts (and even more surprisingly - to me - the amounts were very negotiable).
That makes about a dozen different clubs in five states over the past few months that I have walked in and been offered extras. I am not counting the clubs where dancers know me, just the "new to me" clubs. Every club I have walked into in 2014, I have been offered extras. And the women who are making the offers (at least the ones I am listening to) are good looking and mostly very young.
When did a strip club visit become a "sure thing"?
I remember when it was a big deal if a stripper pulled a chair up close at a table. I remember when strippers did air dances a few feet away from you, and there was no such thing as a lap dance or VIP. Hell, I can even remember when the only stripping happened on a stage you couldn't get close to. I had been going to strip clubs for a couple of years before I even got a "lunch date" with a stripper (and it was just lunch). Over the years, the entertainment has gotten better, the contact improved and, slowly, the opportunities got better. But (it seems to me) the strip club world has changed, dramatically in the past couple of years. Just in the past few years, it seems that in most places across the country - a new generation of strippers have shown up in clubs, strippers who just assume extras are part of the job - and are very OK with that.
