First of all I will clubbing my ass off in Vegas on August 6, August 7, and August 8. So if there's any TUSCLers that will be in Vegas during that time, let me know, I would love to club it up with fellow TUSCLers.
Second of all my goal at Sapphire and Rhino is to get OTC with some of the hottest strippers, and I don't care if I have to do P4P to get it.
I know the Vegas clubs are ripoffs, expensive everything. At Sapphire and Rhino you have to get expensive drinks in the VIP, the mileage from the girl is generally not overwhelming, and the VIP is not too private. So yeah the VIP's are ripoffs.
What I want to know is: what is your strategy at getting hot girls at Sapphire or Rhino OTC?
Obviously you will probably never see the vast majority of those girls again, so you don't have too much time.
I think what I will do is if I see a hot girl I want, I'll get like a couple 20 buck dances from her, and then I'll get straight to the point and ask if she would be willing to come back to my hotel room. Does that seem like a good strategy?
At my hometown clubs, I try to get to know the girls a little bit before asking about OTC, but this is Vegas, you gotta be fast paced. Plus there will be a shitload of girls working there.

1. Every casino in every major hotel has a bar inside. At every bar, every night from maybe 9:00 pm until 3:00 am there is talent sitting alone waiting for eye contact with unattached men. Just walk up and say "hi, how's your luck tonight?". Friendly enough . . . You won't even need to buy a drink. If they are for rent, they'll let you know in no time at all. They'll ask you out. This has worked every trip I've taken there over the past 10 years.
If they're a civilian, so what -- they're not offended at you asking if they've gotten lucky yet -- they'll assume you meant gambling. Maybe they're looking, too, and you'll catch a freebie!
2. There is legal P4P in Pahrump, NV -- 1.1 hour (56 miles) away by car. If you don't have a rental, they offer free transportation (limo). The hottest dates may be a little pricey, but worth trying out -- it is all a negotiation. Check out their lineups online (search: Pahrump sex - four "clubs" will appear).

If you make eye contact with any single woman in a casino bar she'll make it clear whether or not she is working. IME these women are very hit or miss in terms of service but can be gorgeous. They often toss out ridiculous numbers, especially earlier in the night. Usually you can negotiate them down significantly.
But about that and bar hookers, I don't think this is what Ranukam wants. P4P and all other forms of pickup are about power as much as they are about sex. Strippers create a fantasy. I think Ranukam wants the head trip of being able to bring it to fruition. A brothel or a lounge hooker won't give him this. He wants to be the one who walks out with the woman guys are throwing money at without getting anything in return.

More recently, I've had no problem at all in LV itself. Like anything, the nicer the casino, the hotter the babes, and the higher the price (usually) -- just like the buffet. Happy negotiating . . . jester is spot on.

You shouldn't have any trouble at all finding OTB in Vegas. You just go to a participating hotel or store, go to the counter and lay your bet on the filly of your choice.

If you had said that you were in it for sex I would have recommended setting up (in advance) an arrangement with a LV escort thru a site like TER (not BP or CL). But since you're on the prowl an escort is a done deal and no "chase" is required.

Never been to Sapphires, but after the OG remodel a few years back, I gave most of my LV strip club business to Rhino. The only dances I do are in the 3-for-100 rooms, and I have had nothing but off-the-scale mileage in them nearly every time (boo Devon Michaels!).
As for OTC, call me crazy, but if there's a dancer I click with, I just *ask* her. As I stay at a higher end hotel, she's less concerned about potential issues and it's usually not a problem to hook up with her the next day or early evening (before her shift starts) and really have some fun. Of course, LV is the only place where I regularly shell out $500 for that privilege, but it's always been worth it.

First of all, I agree, you couldn't pay me to drive out to the brothels again. No interest whatsoever. Unless they had some porn star I'd been drooling over. But even then I'd think twice.
And Vegas clubs suck. Really. They're for young guys from Podunk Iowa who have never been outside the farm and go to Vegas for some fun and have never seen nekkid girls before and don't realize that you don't need to pay $500 for some hot girl to give you an air dance.
I don't even stop by the clubs anymore when I'm in Vegas, cuz it's a waste. But if you're going with some buds, of course you can have fun. Just be prepared to bend over....

You are much more likely to get an OTC at a smaller club. The girls are not a stuck up as with SR.
So if you want just dances go to SR, but for OTC go smaller.
