Just curious has anyone ever heard of the police cracking down on sugarbaby type dating sites? I know busts happen off of Craigslist, Backpage and escort type sites, but haven't heard of any police activity on the sugarbaby dating sites yet.

Jump to latestSugarbaby sounds much more expensive then OTC, or CL.
Sofaking - it is
It doesn't have to be more expensive. I've had some experiences with these sites and I've had several sugarbabies give it up for $100. The most I ever paid was $300 and that was for overnighters or all day at her place.
Interestingly, there was a new feature on my local station last night about this topic and it was mentioned that it is not illegal unless the agreement is for sex specifically.
I haven't heard of any busts relating to these sites, but it wouldn't surprise me if they happen. If LE were so inclined to run sting, a good number of these girls are just backpage/CL girls branching out. I can't imagine it would be too difficult to find some arrests somewhere.

Nope. Prostitution is the only crime that involves selling what one can legally give away. A sugarbaby is in a grey area between a street-walker and a girl who expects expensive meals and/or gifts before she'll put out.
