He's trying to be funny but it's more pathetic than anything else. It would be funnier if the reader had some sympathy for the guy, but he's a pig and I don't.

I personally thought it was funny. I imagine that's what it's like for the bouncers at the clubs I go to. I also added that blog to my list of favorite websites, FWIW.
