My "understanding" of terms is that 1 way mileage is dancer initiated contact, 2way mileage involves both dancer and customer initiated contact. However, perusal of TUSCL Glossary seems to classify 1way & 2way mileage on the basis of extent of contact rather than who initiates it. Your take??

My understanding of one-way contact is she touches me and I sit on my hands and do not touch her. Two-way contact is both the dancer and dance receiver being allowed to touch each other (regardless of where line is drawn on what can or can not be touched).
I define 2-way contact as when she touches my lips with her nipples and touches my fingers with her pussy.
I agree with Doverman: 1-way contact is she can use her hands but I can't, 2-way means we both can. I further define degree of 2-way contact as follows: low-contact - my use of hands is very restricted; medium contact - touching everywhere but breasts and inside thong OK; high contact - touching anywhere except inside thong is OK (in each case her touching roughly corresponds to mine.) Very high contact means we're both touching everywhere and getting into extras. Those are my definitions, I'm sure not everyone agrees exactly because it tends to be somewhat regional; what might be considered low contact in some places might be considered high contact in others.
I agree the Glossary is a bit off. One way means only the dancer can do the touching. Two way means mutual contact but assuming that mutual means automatic boob or kitty fondling is allowed will get you in a lot of trouble in many clubs and with many dancers.
Incidently, I think these definitions apply only to lap dances. There are lots of clubs (think Baltimore Block) where there is a lot of contact including extras but there isn't any lap dancing (they call it "buying a girl a big drink.") That's entirely different.
I don't know how "Two way" could apply to a situation in which only one person was touching, unless the alternatives were:
Horizontal one way touching and Vertical one way touching.
IMO, FONDL's definition should be listed in glossary.
