Is EVERY club you go to SEEDY?? Some I go to are quite plush.

Why do I do it? Because I can.

The show was "New girl" kind of strange and funny show. The stripper character is played by a really hot Olivia Munn.

What?? Olivia Munn! Fuck, I need to see this.

Also, I go because I like to drink and nude women are a nice alternative to live music and rodeos.

Alucard, I travel all over the country and I have seen many many clubs. And even the fanciest ones have an element of seediness.

You know. The gorilla bouncer with an ill fitting tux, just itching to muscle someone, or the manager that looks like he just walked off the set of the Sopranos. And the dancers who just don't look all that fresh.

And then you have the not so fancy clubs. Where as we have read on here many times expert strip clobbers won't even go in them with their wallet in their pockets.

I go just to get out of the house and have something intelligent to post on TUSCL.

Why do I go to strip clubs?

New Girl is not my cup of tea. Textbook sitcom. Nothing special and done better before. Olivia Munn was actually good. But the jokes were playing off ignorance and how cute it is. The editing was aweful, too. I'm still going to watch it for Olivia Munn.

OMG the fucking editing on this show! Keep the fucking camera still for a second! To be fair they give the stripper some depth while making the stereotypical jokes. They got a laugh out of me with the sled part. It's just the sitcom format is so boring to me without the sheer insanity of IASIP or South Park (which gets old too). I'd rather watch reruns of Cheers, Taxi, or Honeymooners.

The Question was why do we REALLY go to strip clubs. The easy answer is to see hot women naked.

I think the real answer is much more complicated than some may think. I honestly believe there is more to it than just looking at Tits and ass. We could easily get T&A, from more beautiful women from porn, and it is free, in the comfort of our own homes.

And getting a drink can easily be had for much less also, at home.

Nope there is something much more personal going on here.

Hell I don't even look at porn at all any more. I found that it made me sedentary and passive, and a boring person.

Funny thing is once I stopped looking at it. I did not miss it at all.

I think the top three reason are:

1. Can't get anything from chicks that hot without paying (applies to more people than like to admit it)
2. (Doesn't apply to many, but does to some) Could get it from chicks that hot, but too much work/not interested in a relationship/just want sex
3. Married, but looking for "variety" (and probably combining one of the reason above.)

The reason I go can change day-to-day.

In the SC, I can almost always find a bored dancer wanting a drink and fun conversation.

The excitement also. As others have implied, I never know what is going to happen as I walk in to the club. Something interesting almost always happens.

Overall though its the babydolls. Whatever magic a sexy beautiful young honey emits is the most powerful drug I've ever know. I am completely addicted to this drug and have no intentions of going to rehab.

Why do I go? Naked women and sex aren't good enough reasons?

Another reason is to pass the time while rush hour traffic eases. Would much rather look at nearly naked dancers while all the crazies are driving home. At least that is why I'm going to the HiLiter in Phoenix om Friday.

Because women are giving us cheaper alternatives to dating. Sex immedietely (or for me lots of booty shaking) for cheaper than many dates AND waiting a month. I think that covers most mens' reasoning
