The going street rate for blowjobs is $20. That is from a professional (looks vary widely) that basically sucks dick almost all day, everyday. While an extras-friendly stripclub dancer should be of higher quality than a $20 street walker, I would expect $50 to get you a decent BJ. Having had my share of them, I can assure you that even at $100, the quality varies widely.
Quality BJs are dependent on the provider. But I would NEVER use a street walker.

While the odds of you getting something from a BBBJ compared to BBFS are relatively low the odds her getting someting from you are much higher in both cases. No glove no love is the safest.
