But generally not. In most of my clubbing, I lean towards OTC for p4p. In the rare exceptions where privacy is assured, I may do her ITC, but then of course I don't need her OTC. ;)

Never happened to me. Within my experience, one will do one or the other, but not both.

Mine was with my now retired ATF. Depending on the day/situation it could be either. With another dancer I only got dances ITC, but once we did the first OTC in a hotel room, we never met up inside the club again. Her texts only said "give me hotel and room number"...gotta love that!

Yes. I have done it but it is much harder to go back to doing it ITC with a dancer, once you have done OTC with her.
