  Based on what I've seen, it's a combination of factors, the most important of which appears to be the willingness to work at keeping the appropriate muscles in shape. In general, regular exercise tends keep things tight, regardless of how many kids she's had, and failure to maintain the needed level of activity results in looseness, irrespective of how few kids have gone through the canal.
  
  There are exceptions to both, of course, but based on the fact that my tiny little dick is much more sensitive to the tightness than say, John Holmes would be, I'm pretty confident of my conclusion.
