i think some of them actually hate guys or are taking whatever daily frustration they may have out on their customers.

We are paying customers not some object for sadistic attack. You should make them cut it out if lapper is uncomfy. I for one hate fat gals that like to bounce on my dick during lappers. They should not be doing anything to a guys balls unless it is gentle rubbing during foreplay / sex.
