In another thread, feature dancers were mentioned. Most of us who have seen feature dancers agree that you usually don't get close to them. With that said:
Are you more likely to go to a club to see a feature dancer if:
A) She's a porn actress
B) She's a C level movie actress (does movies, like Hot Stewardesses 3)
I frankly don't think either of those is sufficient reason to go to a club. On the other hand, if you add a third option:
C) The presence of the feature dancer means the rest of the dancers have more attention for me.
I'd choose that one.
I have been in a club that had a feature dancer on the night I was there three times. In all cases, what I go to a club for, hot bodies, interesting conversation, good lap dances, were entirely absent from the feature's presence.
On the other hand, the rest of the girls, being ignored by most of the patrons, were mostly willing to make up the difference, and then some, in a couple of cases.
used to go to PP in ATL back in the late '90s when they had a weekly big tit feature almost weekly (sarenna lee, busty dusty, deena duos etc...) those were the days. don't make those big boobs anymore!!!
I have been underwhelmed by most features, who often seem determined to display skills that are not erotic (i.e. fire-breathing, bubble blowing, etc) to music that is mostly dreadful (the "Grease" Soundtrack tops this category). The 3 to 4 song feature sets usually bring everything in the club to a halt while the DJ cajoles the crowd to cheer and spend money. Only rarely do features live up to hype and often seem more enthusiastic about selling Polaroids, autographed pictures, and copies of their videos than putting on a decent stage show or offering private dances.
I avoid feature nights. The last time I inadvertently stumbled upon one, I turned around and left. Usually an underwelming show, a bigger customer crowd, and the regular girls get bitchy because all the attention is being diverted elsewhere.
On the few occasions where I've gone to a club on feature night, the other girls *did* tend to be bitchy, but responded well to someone who also expressed dissatisfaction with the feature show. Just sayin'. :)
Only been to a feature event once. After the show was over and they had their pictures taken with a pair of 48" tits, the young crowd left and things were back to normal. No doubt the club made a few bucks on the admission charge, but I didn't see dancers doing more than normal number of dances before or after. My feeling from that experience is that "features" are more of a distraction than a benefit for the club.
I do not understand the comment that you usually do not get close to feature entertainers. If you tip them like I sometimes do, you get real close. I've talked to several over the years. In fact at times I've had a lot more interaction than I wanted. I don't want to be part of their show unless I'm enjoying all the extra attention.
If she's hot and friendly, I don't mind seeing a feature entertainer. However I do not want my clothes damaged or torn off or liquids spilled on me. Most features seem to be pretty good about not doing that. A few went too far. Although I enjoyed one porn star who went a lot farther than I thought she ever would. The last feature I saw was Kristy Morgan. I know because I just opened up a poster I left lying around that she had thrown at me at the club I saw her at. I enjoyed watching her. She looks good.
I don't specifically seek out feature shows, I try to avoid them on real crowded nights.
That said, I'd probably go off- peak show if I know a bit about the particular feature. Or if I'm in a strange town, a good feature show might just be the dealmaker over the other clubs.
Instead of my nose and face between her tits like some features do, I believe my nose was against her covered pussy since she put her legs up around my head while I was tipping her. I'm not sure how much closer you can get. Usually I just get tits rubbed against me. I don't usually get much more contact than that though. Once or twice many years ago when I used to see a different feature every week, I believe one or two features may have done regular lap dances with me. I wouldn't want that now since I know they would charge higher prices than what I want to pay.
Feature dancers are few and far between these days in Detroit. One of the clubs had it's share, I don't think they are doing it any longer. I went to that club one night because the feature dancer was a porn actress. She gave great lap dances for the normal club prices. If she was still doing appearances I'd go to a club where she was appearing.
I like features because while the rest of the customers are busy watching the blond, fake titted (40D's), over the hill 40 year old, I get more privacy in the couch room. The last time I saw a feature. maybe 4 years ago. I got laid in the couch room. Bring em on.
Jenna Jameson is going to be a feature dancer at Diamond's Cabaret in Dayton this June. This is a club known for young college aged women (based off reading the reviews)...I wonder how she is going to fit in with the rest.
Whisper's cabaret in Columbus promoted featured dancers...but turns out they were just reality tv show stars who had their 5 minutes of fame in a reality tv show.

I'd never go on purpose but I've been to feature nights by accident. Feature dancers were nothing special to completely boring. But they do draw crowds, which draws more and better girls.
Pink Pony is the only Atlanta club that I've been to that has featured dancers. The only one I've seen was supposedly a prize winner of some sort for her dancing. Her dancing consisted of boring gyrations that anyone can do, and pole-dancing that wouldn't have landed her in the top 50% of talent in most clubs. Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawn.
Oh, and I was there from 11:30 pm to 4:00 am, and she danced exactly once. Rough gig. So the benefits of other dancers kicking it up a notch lasted for exactly 10 minutes.

Sometimes it's nice to see the tan, fit, fake-boobed Fembots.

Who were they?
