When Porn Stars Come to Your Club. Good Deal or No Deal?

A recent [July 20th] discussion topic by jc3 ‘Out of all the porn stars that do private dances when they do feature dancing, which ones give terrible private dances ?' prompted me to write an article underscoring that IME most TRAVELING ‘porno' girls aren't worth seeing or [trying to feel] live.
Recently Gianna Michaels and Sophie Dee were at a local SC for two nights.
I'd gone to the club during day shift and was unaware that these gals were performing that night until a day shift dancer said she was working a double because of the expected ‘draw' of oglers. So I went back that night. Club was charging $25 cover that night but I got in on my $10 day ticket stub. Must have been 30 local dancers working, a record number for any shift at this club. And fewer than five custies. I spent time talking and LDing with several dancers. A half hour before the first show three or four groups of guys and gals showed up to sit at the tip rail.
Give Gianna & Sophie credit; their first set started on time. Previous features at this club were often thirty to fifty minutes late for their first set; a few were ‘no shows' for their second set. This night it went downhill fast from the start. Both gals are listed as being in their early thirties but they easily looked ten years older even with [overdone] makeup. Both were dressed in garish versions of schoolgirl outfits. Their act looked like a bad parody or a mashup of burlesque and a regular SC girl-girl stage show. ‘Stripped' of the cachet of being porn stars they looked like ‘past their buy date' street walkers.
Next eight guys ‘volunteered' to come up on stage four at a time. Gianna and Sophie moved among them bestowing butts and tits in the face with some exaggerated fondling of the ‘boys'. Most of the guys looked uncomfortable; one appeared to be bored [or in a coma?]. Each was given an [un-autographed] DVD of the gals. Next four ladies volunteered and were ‘treated' to some exaggerated girl-girl-girl action. One women in a mid-length skirt kept her legs tightly together the whole time. Later under intense pressure from the MCs she admitted going commando, lol. Yo, lopaw.
Every participant was given a raffle ticket good for a free selfie with the girls, a $40 value[!]. Mind you, YOUR smartphone camera, no autograph. A ticket drawn, the winner announced. Ho hum. Then another participant claimed the prize. Second guy's ticket checks out; first guy revealed as a liar [poster boy for PL of the year].
For me this was the best part of the ‘show'. First guy [liar] is called up on the stage to be ‘punished'. Gianna and Sophie strip off the guy's belt and lower his pants revealing his floral print with maroon background boxers. Hot stuff! Boxers dropped and he's now leaning over, hands on pole to be slapped and smacked with open hand and belt until his bare butt cheeks are rosy red. Boxers and pants back on he's placed face down on the stage while the girls alternate bouncing cowgirl style on his butt. While this is going on I imagine this guy being some of the clowns behind TUSCL's most infamous trolls. Thankin' of you, LMN and Dougie. LMAO.
As SuperDude said in a recent post: “Porn star features are usually boring and overrated.†Super, ‘boring' would have been a blessing. Replaying the mental video of their act brings up [pun intended] words like ‘nauseating' and ‘atrocious'. The tip rail crowd exited for the bar next door at the end of the set. So much for house dancers benefiting from the feature show.
Later I got a text from a dancer fuming that no guys were buying $200/30 minute private room VIPs [which includes both house cut AND dancer pay for time] but were paying $100/song for an open LD with Gianna or Sophie. Ironically this club has a video store upstairs but the stars' entourage gave away some of their DVDs rather than stocking the store with their videos and splitting the proceeds of autographed DVDs and selfies with the club. The club made an extra $5 per head on cover but no one but the porno twins ‘banked' that night.
I know my view is biased: [1] Rarely have I gone to a club just to see a ‘feature'. The one exception was when a fav asked me to keep her company because, at that time, the club would not let house dancers do LDs or VIP during the feature's show. [2] I club in a ‘small market' area. Larger market areas might attract a better selection of features.
Perhaps porno stars who are regulars at local clubs may be good but has any TUSCLer had reliably good experiences with most traveling gals?

Now there are a very SMALL handful of porn-stars, that if they showed up at my local club, I'd go and see. But for the most part porn-stars at a strip club have no appeal to me.
No Deal.
But rather, when a porn star is there, the house dancers don't have much to do. Sometimes they don't cut the songs down either, when the features are there.
I am more interested in the house dancers, as they are local people, people I can keep returning to see, and might end up knowing outside of the club and maybe even off of the clock.

SC & carolina* -- The 'no LDs or VIPs when feature on stage' rule was in effect several years ago. Notably, no such restriction during the Michaels-Dee show. Both of you make a very good point. This club has single couple private rooms. Very private except for ceiling-mounted CCTV monitored by the night manager, who, during the show would be distracted.
And yet, I didn't take advantage! Why? I certainly didn't come primarily to see the features. I think once the horrible show was under way I continued watching, fascinated, like someone watching a train wreck in progress.
Just how bad could it get? :-)
pix* - theoretically yes, but after the feature show ended all the guys and gals who came in to see it left the club without getting any LDs or VIPs.
In this instance the feature show attracted a crowd interested in seeing porn stars up close & personal and NOT in the usual strip club activities.
Not much added revenue for the club or dancers nor likely repeat custies.
Next feature it's VIP time for me!
At another club I frequent, there is a porn star that dances there as a regular and she is very approachable and can get a private dance at any time for the regular price.
the first was in a club in Chicago with two Penthouse Pets 20 years ago, fun but not worth extra money. The second was in Diamond Cabaret outside of Dayton and she thought she was special and offered me CFS for $600 10 years ago at this no extras club and she was pushing 40 years old and looked it I almost laughed at her.
I was in Cadillac Lounge in Providence the week after a past her prime Porn star had been there over the week end and was sitting with one of the girls who hated the fact that she had been to late to ask for the week end off and had to work. She said the crowd was a bunch of young cheapskate guys that only come in for the porno queen It creeped her out that the woman gave the guy she brought up onto the stage a bj on stage. "She just sat the guy door on the chair on stage, rubbed plastic boobs & nasty crotch of hers on him for a while, unzipped him, pulled his pants down over his butt and blew him right there on stage. She did not know if the guy was a plant or not but it bothered her and she said she made the mistake of walking around the end stage where she was bending at the waist and looked up to face the porn star's coochie and butt hole that gaped open. She could not stand it anymore and went to the locker room until she got off stage. The next time on stage she made sure to be in the back outside "smoking" while it was on stage.
The dancer was really po'ed that she made no money because according to her contract No Private Dancers in either the upstairs lap dance areas or VIP were allowed while she was performing. By the time she did her rotation on stage, got dressed and started to circulate the "Star" was back out.
I would never go out of my way to see any porn star. They are kind of like the cars at J.B. Byrider's used cars: they look ok from a distance but up close they have had bondo smeared in to cover the rust and dents and are wornout inside.
I saw Pinky at Pure Passion in Memphis about 4 or 5 years ago, and the place was fully packed. I think Pinky was charging $50 for table dances ( in a club that was notorious for cutting songs short ). Meanwhile, the regular girls were racking up with the $20 semi-VIP lap dances. In those days though, it was well worth it in Memphis, because they'd become topless and sometimes bottomless during those dances, with touching everywhere.
On another occasion about 4 years ago, I saw Cherokee D'Ass at Playa's Club in Huntsville, AL. Same situation. Packed club. People all in the place to see Cherokee do about a 20 minute set. Meanwhile, us smart ones were getting very high mileage lap dances from the regular chicks at $10 a pop, because they knew that most of the men would be tossing all of their dollar bills at Cherokee.
