Club Nikki's in Charlotte is the only club, *** check that *** , only PLACE I've ever been to, in which my CAR was searched as I entered the parking lot. It's been a couple of shootings ( and killings ) in and around that club in recent years. So I'm not surprised at all by that report of dancers doing drugs.

Don't know how it is with "white" porn stars going to predominately white strip clubs, but for the "black" porn stars, the club usually goes into a frenzy and resembles an actual nightclub, with plenty of people spending money. And like some have said, THAT'S the time to go after the regular club girls, while the crowd is only interested in the feature dancer. I saw Pinky at Pure Passion in Memphis about 4 or 5 years ago, and the place was fully packed. I think Pinky was charging $50 for table dances ( in a club that was notorious for cutting songs short ). Meanwhile, the regular girls were racking up with the $20 semi-VIP lap dances. In those days though, it was well worth it in Memphis, because they'd become topless and sometimes bottomless during those dances, with touching everywhere. On another occasion about 4 years ago, I saw Cherokee D'Ass at Playa's Club in Huntsville, AL. Same situation. Packed club. People all in the place to see Cherokee do about a 20 minute set. Meanwhile, us smart ones were getting very high mileage lap dances from the regular chicks at $10 a pop, because they knew that most of the men would be tossing all of their dollar bills at Cherokee.
